From the Templatise add-in, you can go to the Portal, where several important operations are conducted by an admin.
On the Portal, admins can manage the following:
- Company profile and subscription management
- Users – by email or by Azure AD group, user roles management, assign users to workspace
- Workspaces – create, edit, delete workspaces
- Templates – move templates in and out of workspaces, approve or reject changes to templates from users
- Data sources – create, edit, delete data sources
- Custom lists – create, edit, delete custom lists
