In Templatise variable represents connection between user input and how this data will be displayed in a document.
All variable in Templatise has two parts:
- What Editor / Administrator see – defining and connecting variable to document in add-in
- What End user see – form elements like text field, check box or drop down.
In addition administrators can create custom lists and data sources on a portal.
